Supervision

I have been offering clinical supervision for around five years, working with both qualified counsellors and those in training. I truly enjoy collaborating with both groups, but I have a special fondness for working with students. This passion likely stems from my background in teaching, as I still lead a curriculum in counselling.

In my supervision practice, I take an integrative approach, utilising various models, with my core being the 7-Eye Model, the Queer-Eyed Model, and a 9-Eye Anti-Oppressive Model. I believe that supervision should be a collaborative experience, creating an environment conducive to learning, growth, and the development of your internal supervisor.

I often provide my supervisees with tasks and readings to bring into our sessions. While it’s essential to discuss your casework, I also prioritise checking in on your personal and professional development. Together, we can create a supportive space for your growth!
